Future Simple مستقبل بسيط

نستخدم المستقبل البسيط ل:

1. اعطاء الرأي. مثال:

.I think it will rain

2. تنبؤات مستقبلية.

.I think he will be a successful business man

3. التعبير عن الأمل.

.I hope the train will arrive on time

4. الوعود.

.I won’t borrow your car again

Present Continuous for Future مضارع مستمر بدلالة المستقبل

نستخدم المضارع المستمر للتحدث عن شيء مخطط له أن يحصل في المستقبل.

.Salwa is taking an exam at nine o’clock tomorrow morning

Future (Going to) المستقبل بعبارة going to

نستخدم هذه الصيغة للتحدث عن نية أو خطة لفعل شيء بالمستقبل.

.Jafar is going to learn a new language to improve his job prospects

مستقبل مستمر Future Continuous

نستخدم المستقبل المستمر للتحدث عن فعل سيكون يحدث في مدة محددة في المستقبل ولن ينتهي في وقتها المذكور في الجملة، قد تكون هذه المدة ساعة أو شهر أو سنة.

.Between 10 and 11 tomorrow I’ll be writing a report

مضارع بسيط بدلالة المستقبل Simple for Future

استخدم المضارع البسيط للتحدث عن أحداث مستقبلية مبنية على جدول زمني ثابت.

مثال رحلات الطائرة تكون مبنية على جدول زمني ثابت في المطار.

.The plane takes off at 2 p.m

.My classes start tomorrow at nine o’clock

مستقبل في الماضي Future in the past

عندما نتحدث عن الماضي (الساعة التاسعة صباحاً البارحة مثلاً) نريد أن نقول ما سيحدث في مستقبل ذلك الوقت (الساعة 3 ظهراً مثلاً) وبهذه الحالة نحتاج أن نقوم بالتغييرات التالية:

.I enrolled in a class on web design because I thought I would learn a lot

.She couldn’t come to the party because she was taking an exam on the next day

.I went to the library at nine o’clock, but when I arrived, I saw it didn’t open until ten

A. Complete the sentences using the words in bold in the brochure on page 65 of the Student’s Book.

1. On the first day, the students take a placement test.
2. Many students take an intensive language course.
3. The maximum number of students is 10.
4. You have to pay your course fees in advance.
5. A qualification in English is mandatory if you want to study in England.

8. He ………. (tell) Dana she passed the exam. (Put the verb in the correct future form)
He is going to tell Dana she passed the exam.

9. He is going to be a lifeguard. He decided he…………….. (Future in the past)
He decided he was going to be a lifeguard.

10. Ammar will be working late, so I won’t call him early in the morning. I knew Ammar ……………, so I didn’t call him early in the morning. (Future in the past)
